MEAT COVE CAPE BRETON MOOSE HUNTING GUIDE

Meat Cove was first discovered and named by Europeans sometime in the 1700's. They used the land for hunting various game such as moose, bear, and deer. Only interested in the pelts and antlers the meat was left behind in the cove, now Meat Cove Beach giving this small village its unique name.
